1  
Account Manager. Chennai, India

This position is likely to grow into a sales management position; you have a great opportunity to seed and develop a sales organization from the bottom up. You are the driver.

You are selling Salesforce.com CRM technology. You are responsible for generating and driving new sales leads. Leads shall be generated form cold calling and leads shall be further cultivated from various crmOrbit inbound channels. Bulk of activity shall involve generation of new leads in several geographies in the Indian market but your activity shall also include cultivating inbound leads from the US, Europe and Middle East. You should be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with crmOrbit management on developing a sales strategic plan
  • Achieve/exceed an annual sales quota (most likely initially work on a quarterly quota basis and later transition to monthly)
  • Through cold calling, and inbound lead sources, constantly feed leads pipeline
  • Thoroughly qualify all leads & sales opportunities
  • Negotiate & close business – you are a business closer
  • Recruit new sales team members
  • Support US-based sales team with research and other pre sales activities
  • Cultivate relationships with Salesforce.com sales and partner alliance team members based out of India and Singapore
Required Skills and Experience:
  • At a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-5 years software and/or applications sales
  • Consistent overachievement of revenue goals
  • Experience and proven track record in generating new business sales
  • Proven track record of revenue goal target over-achievement

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Several years of experience in a CRM or SFA company (ERP o.k.)
  • Existing rich relationships and connections with networks of professionals
  • Business degree

Senior Technical Manager - Chennai, India

As Technical Manager, you will develop on-demand applications that are native to the salesforce.com platform as well as composite applications that integrate with other data frameworks. You will be using cutting edge on-demand development technology, and other frontline technologies to build easy-to-use on-demand products with functions and features crmOrbit customers expect.

Responsibilities:

  • Help design and develop AppExchange products, API driven and J2EE based technologies. 
  • Integrate salesforce.com with legacy systems, integrate salesforce.com APIs with 3rd party APIs
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years Java web application development experience including JSP and Java Script 
  • Experience in systems integration, APIs
  • Experience with web programming including jsp, servlets HTML and JavaScript
  • SOAP/XML/WSDL
  • Excellent understanding of relational database logic
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, shifting environment 
  • Deep sensitivity and understanding of customer requirements
  • Ability to clearly understand and follow written project specifications
  • Ability to work on multiple projects against deadlines

As a member of the technical staff, you will configure Salesforce.com CRM Sales Force Automation, you will develop on-demand applications for the AppExchange directory. You will be using cutting edge technologies to build easy-to-use on-demand products with functions and features crmOrbit customers expect.

Responsibilities: 

  • Resolve technical issues in the product development cycle
  • Implement salesforce.com projects over the Internet or on customer site
  • Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years Java web application development experience
  • Experience in systems configuration
  • Strong knowledge of rich client (browsers) concepts and technology
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
